Tandy keeps quiet; plunge not limited to just NSW

THE controversial betting plunge on the Cowboys-Bulldogs encounter in round 24 was not confined to NSW. The Herald has learnt that apart from TAB Sportsbet and other bookmakers, most of the other bets on the North Queensland penalty goal to open the scoring were placed through UNiTAB in Queensland.
